For our first journey, we source 100% of our rice from Icheon, Korea—a region celebrated for over 600 years for producing the finest grains once reserved for the royal court.
Icheon sits where mountains meet rivers, creating a unique environment with large temperature differences between day and night.
Combined with exceptionally fertile soil, these conditions allow nutrients to accumulate more richly within each grain.
We endeavor to ensure our formulas capture this authentic cultural process.
