Refund policy

Please review our return and refund policy carefully before proceeding.

Policy

  • All products received within 30 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in the case of defective or incorrect items. For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All return refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon arrival at our distribution center.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is deemed counterfeit or intentionally damaged. These items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • We are not responsible for any lost packages. Therefore, we will not replace or refund any orders that have been successfully delivered unless the order is returned.
  • Please note that our return policy may change at any time without prior notification.

Return Conditions

  • All products must be returned in new condition. We do not accept items with damaged sealing, opened, or that have been used. These products may be sent back to the customer.
  • Gifts and samples included with your purchase must be returned together with the package. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift has been received.

Partial Bundle Returns

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or set and returned individually will be refunded at their proportional bundle price, reflecting what was actually paid for each item. As the bundle discount no longer applies to the retained item(s), the price difference between the bundle rate and individual retail price will also be deducted from the refund. If the remaining order no longer meets our free shipping threshold ($50), the applicable shipping fee will be deducted as well.

Return Shipping

  • For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid return label ($5.99) will be provided and deducted from your refund total.

Restocking Fee

  • A $5.00 restocking fee applies to all returns processed through our store.
