Cancellation policy
At INMI Seoul, we want to ensure your skincare routine is as seamless as possible. Whether you are subscribing for a discount or pre-ordering the latest drop, here is everything you need to know about managing your purchase options.
1. Subscription Terms (Subscribe & Save)
By selecting a subscription option, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency chosen (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
- Billing: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each period.
- Modifications: You can swap products, skip a shipment, or change your frequency at any time through your Account.
2. How to Cancel
We believe in total flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Via Account: Log into your account on our website and click "Manage Subscriptions."
3. Cancellation Deadlines
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Note: If a renewal order has already been processed and a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel that specific order. The cancellation will apply to all subsequent cycles.
4. Refunds on Subscriptions
Subscription renewals are non-refundable once they have shipped. Because skincare products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons. Seal must be in tact and item must be in its original condition. If you forgot to cancel in time, we recommend "Skipping" your next month instead of cancelling to keep your discounted rate for the future.
6. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, Shopify will attempt to recharge the card. If payment is still not successful, your subscription will be automatically paused until updated.
